I'm Eklavya. Pronounced "Ek" as in ache & "lavya" as in love ya.
ENSO is a full-service design and development agency specializing in crafting digital experiences that are visually compelling, user-centric, and highly functional. Pricing & Deliverables
We work on a flat fee basis for projects, so we quote you a single project price instead of an hourly rate. The scope of work, complexity of the problem, and a host of other influences are factored into our pricing; meaning every project is different.
Landing Page Design
The pricing for the landing page design reflects the time and effort required for research, wire framing, usability testing and high-fidelity UI & Illustration creation.
Webflow Development
This cost covers the development and implementation of the landing page into Webflow, integrating a CMS, and ensuring security and performance optimizations. We follow best practices to deliver a fast-loading, scalable solution.
Donation Form Design
This pricing accounts for user experience research, usability testing, and iterative improvements to ensure high conversion rates. Since the donation form consists of multiple states and requires careful consideration of accessibility and error handling, significant design effort is involved.
Admin Dashboard Design
Significant time will be spent strategizing the use of a component library to recreate and enhance the existing version of the admin dashboard. This ensures scalability, consistency, and usability across all screens, requiring a structured design approach that aligns with the needs of Aktivate's administrators.

Why a fixed bid?
We've experimented with everything, and the most effective exchange of value for us and our clients has always been a flat-fee. Results that meet your performance needs are our only objectives. Depending on complexity and timeline, the time it takes to achieve these results varies between projects and an hourly bid loses our clients value.
Timeline
We work with speed, clarity and are decisive in our approach to all projects. We don't waste time in unnecessary meetings and bureaucratic phases. This timeline is a rough outline of the amount of time we usually take on projects with the same scope as yours. Timelines can change depending on various factors but we'll push to adhere to set timelines.

Answers to questions you may have
How do we communicate?
We love asynchronous tools like Notion for project management, Slack for conversations & Loom for design presentations. We'll set a designated Slack channel for you where you'll have out utmost attention.
We provide a demo link to your project as soon as we start building, giving you daily updates through our process.
What is the process for making changes?
Pretty Simple. You explain the issue or change to us on Slack, we come back to you with solutions. We maintain adherence to set deadlines, unless there are sudden course corrections from the client such as adding a new page or designing illustrations for a new feature.
How do you charge?
50% upfront, 50% upon delivery. Fixed-bid (no surprise invoices or change orders and no limit to revisions)
What are additional costs involved?
Besides our fixed quote, we do not charge any additional fees for our services.

What is Webflow?
Webflow is a website design tool that utilizes no-code to make web development faster and much more efficient.
We build websites exclusively on Webflow for this reason. Webflow allows us to optimize the following aspects of your website

◉ Automatic backups so never lose your project.

After this proposal has been reviewed and agreed upon, please sign the Contract and pay the deposit per payments agreement.
